Vine Ridge Resort is located in the heart of Niagara. The resort is just a quick 20 minute drive to the honeymoon capital of the world - Niagara Falls, Canada; we're minutes from the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake and only a 10 minute drive the US border!

If you're planning on arriving after 8pm, please be sure to notify us, that way we can ensure one of our team members is there to check you in. Also, it's important for us to have a cell-phone number on file in case we need to call you for any reason!
Reservations can be rescheduled within the same year at no charge as long as you give us 7 days notice. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee or 50% of the total reservation fee, whichever is less. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival, there are no refunds but check availability for other dates to reschedule!
We do have site maps for each resort. If you'd like a site map sent to you, ask the reservation agent at the time of booking to email you a map. You'll also receive one when you check in!
Most of our properties offer a WiFi hotspot. None of our cottages offer internet connection. Please check with our reservations department for internet information on your desired resort location.
Our cottages come equipped with a TV & DVD player, however there is no cable or satellite TV. We do recommend you bring DVDs with you if you'd like to watch TV.
Based on our experience, some carriers receive better reception than others.
Most of our resorts do offer laundry facilities to use during your stay. Be sure to bring lots of loonies and toonies if you require these services!

Each resort offers a Kidz Klub that runs daily from 10am - 2pm, which provides supervised activities and games for the kids. For May and June, September and October, it's available every Saturday and Sunday, July to the end of August it's available every day. When you check in, you'll receive a detailed schedule of the activities and events going on that week. Also, each week we have Theme Weeks, so be sure to ask us at your time of booking so you're prepared!
There is no beach but the resort does offer a 1 acre pool with a gradual walk in & splash area!
At your time of booking your site, we do require a $50 or 50% deposit of the total reservation, whichever is less on your credit card. The remaining balance will be automatically processed 7 days prior to your arrival. For reservations within 7 days of your arrival, payments must be made in full at your time of booking.
Of course - there is a $5/person or $19 for a car load (maximum 5 people). This permits you access to the pool, splash area, and playground.
Not only do you have access to the pool, playground, and splash area, but there are various bike rentals, and rollerblade rentals available for an additional cost. Be sure to inquire at your time of booking, or visit the resort's Welcome Centre!
We get this a lot as sometimes GPS systems aren't as reliable as we need them to be. No worries though- When you click on the resort of your choice from the home page, under "Resort Information," on the right-hand side under the map, you'll see a clickable link for "Directions." As well, when you book your reservation, not only will the confirmation email give you the resort's address but also directions there as well!

Everything was excellent; I would be interested in a 4 season resort cottage as I like to enjoy winter activities...
